The National Resource Center on the Middle East (NRC-ME) organizes workshops and seminars for Georgetown and regional college-level faculty in order to strengthen scholarly research on the Middle East and prepare appropriate curricula to address the issues.

Additional training activities include workshops and seminars sponsored by the other component units of the NRC-ME.

NRC-ME funding also enables Georgetown University to broaden the depth and scope of its Middle East teacher outreach program.
